In chapter six simon dosen't know whats gone happen to him and all the other kids around him, so he decides to fallow piggy because he knows that piggy knows what he is doing and even do Ralph makes fun of Piggy, Simon knows that piggy is a really smart kid and if he really wants to get out of the mountain and go back to normal with his parents and all his family he knows that is best for him to fallow piggy and listen to what piggy is saying and agree with his ideas and try to make the other kids fallow piggy. I think Simon wants Piggy to be the new leader so they can get out of all that stuff that they are going through right now.
